She is committed to excellence and has a philosophy of “the clients come first”. Before founding Charlottes Recovery House of Perseverance Lavatta spent two years as a program manager. Of a Women’s Success Program at a local non-profit, she helped at-risk women develop tools to improve their social and emotional intelligence.
